In addition to 12 years experience as an integrative therapist and coach, I have extensive work experience in various support and mentoring roles within retail, corporate and educational settings.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling Practice and am a registered member of the BACP Therapeutic and Coaching Divisions. I work in accordance with their Ethical Frameworks, undertake continual professional development and participate in regular clinical supervision. I am also a member of the EMCC and abide by their Global code of ethics.
As a dedicated therapist and coach I am committed to my professional and personal development and have attained qualifications in Life Coaching, Menopause Wellness Coaching, Emotional Resilience, Mindfulness, Mental Health First Aid and Positive Psychology.
I have also undertaken many other professional courses including ADHD and Neurodiversity Interventions for Women, Compassion Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to name a select few.
Outside of my professional commitments, I find inspiration in the beauty of the outdoors, believing that connecting with the natural world can significantly enhance one’s journey toward self-discovery and life fulfilment. This is why I also offer outdoor therapy for clients based in the Nottingham area.
